The proposal is for ten 6-storey blocks to be erected. The blocks will contain a range of differing types from Luxury apartments on the water front to affordable apartments.This will be in line with the Newham council policies of 39 per cent of those new homes will have three or more bedrooms and Between 35 per cent and 50 per cent of all housing developments of ten or more homes will have to be affordable housing. The idea is to create a desirable location for all kinds of people. Each block will have underground parking created for the residents to stop on street parking.
